The Beginning

Nouveau Riche is an amazing company that combines real estate education with a great money making opportunity to provide you with the capital to go out and practice the real estate tactics and strategies that are learned in the classes. For quite a while now I have wanted to be able to get more involved in real estate investing. There are so many people achieving FINANCIAL FREEDOM through real estate and I wanted to be one of them, but I was at a loss of where to start. It did take my cousin a while to get me to an event, but when my wife and I did go to an "Intensive" (an all day sampling of the education available) we were amazed at how Nouveau Riche seemed to be exactly what I had been looking for. The class at the intensive was a tax strategies class, taught by Mark Kohler, who is a CPA, Lawyer and Best Selling Author. I realize all that doesn't make him a great teacher, but if a man can keep you completely awake and excited about TAX STRATEGY, I think that says something. My wife and I thought he was great. Plus to make sure they maintain highly competent teachers, at each "college" they take surveys at the end of all the classes to rate the teachers and how they are doing. The teachers are professionals that practice regularly the things that they teach. I also love the networking available in the Nouveau Riche community and the willingness of all those I have met to help me be successful. As I get going in my experience with it I plan to post on a fairly regular basis things that I learn and accomplish with Nouveau Riche.
